It does seem that this loach (between 1.5-2 inches total length) may have a slight horizontal line between just one pair of bars. Time will tell, as you say. Whatever it is, I think it's a pretty loach. :D My existing kubs are beautiful, so this newbie has a lot to live up to, but it's looking ...
