I saw these today at my lfs, cute! Any ideas on what they may be?

I have been following odyssey's thread & just reread it. I didn't get any, I don't really have an appropriate tank, at least not yet. So tempting!

They're at Tropic Isle in Framingham if anyone wants to check them out. I think they just came in, the light was off & had been fed blood worms. They showed a little gold/bronze on the cheeks & were not washed out at all but hard to see.

Hi NancyD

It is rare that their cheeks become golden.
Their color also changes by a spectrum of the illumination and the point of view to watch.
The left is "Blue moon" in the following picture, and the right is "Rainbow Color".

I am not used to English. Therefore,It is likely to sometimes misunderstand it.

Ha that's funny odyssey, I thought the "gold cheek" looked most like your rainbow color from what I remember. But now I have no idea :? I know you have said many times the color is not a good clue to ID. Fascinating fish!
