choosing fish

i like colorful fish like rummynose, diamonds, neons tetras, dwarf neon rainbowfish, african dwarf frogs, bolivian rams, female bettas and loaches. i have an empty 16 gallon with natural coloured gravel- brown, beige, dark brown and white. i would like to have a colourful active tank. i am open to opinions and different combos. i would like peaceful fish and smaller fish that school.

I love my black neon tetras. Red eyes, bright colors. Beautiful and healthy.
