Leptobotia elongata

I suspect that I already know the answer to this (and it's not yes!),but are Leptobotia elongata ever available in the UK?

Many years ago the odd Leptobotia elongata did slip into our country but in these modern days they are indeed scarce.

I believe the whole leptobotia has been banned for import into the UK?
